PFI Names Jeremy Stover as Lifecycle Management Leader

Stover Takes Charge of PFI’s Lifecycle Offerings, Including Services to Optimize, Maintain and Support Equipment Purchases

ALGONA, Iowa, Aug. 11, 2023 – Today, PFI, a manufacturer of sanitary conveying equipment, announced the promotion of Jeremy Stover to the role of Lifecycle Management Leader. In his new position, Stover will be in charge of the development and execution of offerings to maintain and optimize customers’ equipment purchases.

With its Lifecycle Business Strategy launched earlier this year, PFI’s parent, Grote Company, has adopted a cradle-to-grave approach to include programs and services that complement its equipment solutions.

“We’re excited to promote Jeremy Stover to PFI Lifecycle Leader,” said Tom Vipond, Division General Manager, PFI. “By focusing on the lifecycle of our PFI products, we can ensure that we’re meeting the needs of our customers at every stage of their journey with us. We believe Jeremy’s industry expertise and outstanding customer service skills make him the ideal candidate to spearhead this effort.”

Stover was previously the technical applications manager for PFI’s relationship with its customer Hormel. Key account manager Shane Peterson will be stepping in to work closely with Hormel as Stover transitions to his new role.

PFI’s Lifecycle Management offerings include technical service, installation and commissioning, training, new equipment start-up packages, spare parts, preventative maintenance and more.
